Plentiful breakfast with fresh berries. Beautiful stunning location, close to nature.

Its location was lovely and magnificent, near the Forest of Bowland. The stuff where amicable and knew the area. Appreciated the extremely comfy bed in my standard double room.

It had absolutely perfect and convenient location really close to the Lake District, canal and taxis in the local area. Plus, United Reformed Church was not too far away from the hotel.

Thank you very much everyone for a lovely stay for a wedding. Convenient and handy location by the bridge down the canal, met the purpose. Moreover, it's next to Lancaster for a longer amount of time as well as taxis.

We have booked guest room with excellent facilities. Appreciated central heating, an iron/ironing board, and tea and coffee making equipment in the room. The restaurant was nice and food was freshly cooked!

Overall it was a comfortable stay for a wedding. The location in a domestic area was stunning and marvellous. Also, Cleveleymere was 4 km away from the hotel.

The room itself was modern, neat in the communal fridge and had essentials I needed. My breakfast was hearty and good hot with fresh berries.

Nothing to complain about, I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again. The location of the hotel in Cockerham is unbeatable and convenient, right by Lancaster for a longer amount of time, the Forest of Bowland and the establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent facilities provided. The ensuite bathroom in my room was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed. I also loved the lovely view from my room, it was so peaceful and close to nature. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, it really set me up for the day!

Located in a scenic area close to nature, this hotel offered a lovely room with comfortable beds, and an immaculately clean bathroom. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, bringing breakfast right to the room. The guest fridge and fresh milk were a great touch, and the WiFi was easy to connect to. The vegetarian sausages were also a nice addition. the facilities in the self-contained studio flat were helpful, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating.

One aspect of the hotel that could be improved was the condition of the stairs leading up to the studio.
